I loved the room with shared bathroom, the bed was very clean. This was a quiet location not far from Newcastle and West Jesmond metro. It also was close to centre.
The staff were disgusting, didn't expect that coming.

Nothing to complain about with the hotel! The location is good to more eating establishments. It's near Newcastle central, the coast, and local restaurants.

We enjoyed it so would stay here again. The venue is convenient, spotless and the location is convenient close enough to Jesmond Dene which is a lovely big woodland park, city centre, and the metro from Newcastle central. The very amiable staff helps you in any way.

The location was comfortable and decent, near to a park and a wood. And near restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.
